Do you ship to all countries?
You may notice certain items are not available to ship to your country. This is due to certain oils being considered dangerous goods. This means that they’re riskier to ship than other oils.
Are Custom Fees Included in the Shipping Rate?
Depending upon your country additional custom fees and requirements may apply. These fees are not included in the shipping rate and the customer is responsible for any additional fees that may apply due to customs or import restrictions. Refunds will not be warranted for abandoned items.
Will my order ship immediately after ordering?
Please note shipping time and processing time are separate. Allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, prepared, and handed off to the carrier. We’ll send you a tracking number when your order ships so you know when it arrives.
Can I update my address if my order has already shipped?
If you use USPS or UPS intercept you can change your address once your order has shipped.
What do I do if I can’t receive my package?
Using UPS or USPS intercept you can request that the Post Office or a carrier access point hold the item for you until you can receive it.
Why has there been no movement on my package if my shipping label has been created?
At times carriers will create a label in advance to ready a package for transit. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours after your shipping label was created for an order to ship. We recommend reaching out to the carrier if more information is needed. The status could also be ‘label created’ and in the hands of the carrier just not yet scanned into the carrier's facility. If 48 hours have gone by and there is still no movement get in contact with our Customer Service and we’ll be happy to assist you.
