What Items Are Not Returnable?
Any items that have been opened are not eligible for return. Any product that has not been purchased at www.sorceoils.com is not returnable. Items that do not have an order number cannot be returned. All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or canceled.
How Do I Return Unopened Products?
All return requests must be made within 30 days of ordering by using our Contact Us page. The unopened products that you are returning must be shipped within 14 days of the return being authorized by Sorce Customer Service. Your returned products must be accompanied by proof of purchase such as a receipt containing the order number. If the returned product is opened or damaged in any way you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have initiated the return process after the 30-day period has passed you will not be eligible for a refund.
